In{flu}enza

Being sick is by far the worst thing ever. But apparently for me the best way to start off my day being sick is throwing up with my retainers in. Ya... Not fun. Luckily I didn't have to go "fishing" for them.. They just got filled of all my yummies.

Alright I think that's more than you wanted to know but just so you know being sick sucks.

So what exactly is there to do on your day of being ill? Well there's sleeping {that's a given} there's throwing up {another given} Facebook stalking, wasting time on Pinterest, and playing words with friends.
Well after 2 days of being sick, all these things get pretty boring, pretty fast. So what else is there to do?

Day UNO of being sick{o}

I literally spent the entire day cleaning my room. Noon-10:30 at night. I reorganized and cleaned everything! It looks a lot better now that you can see my floor.

Day DOS of being sick{o}

Today was my big throwing up day. That's all I did all day long. So other than laying in bed, sleeping, puking and moping around the house... I decided to have some fun!
Every girl dreams about their wedding day. And today... I decided to show you what I have in mind for my future wedding. I couldn't find pictures of every little thing I wanted... but here's the gist of it:

The Ring

The Dress

My dress is basically the hardest thing to find. But what I want is a white, all lace dress with a corset back and lace sleeves... is that too hard to ask? ;)

The Hair

I want my hair to look exactly like this! Color and all.

The Bouquet/Colors

Fall colors! Reds, yellows, oranges and a little green

The Temple

Both of these temples are gorgeous! My family was sealed in the SLC temple and I've always wanted to go there but Timpanogos is VERY pretty as well.

The Reception

The reception would be held at my house! I know I know... I'm brilliant ;) In my backyard. Catered by Molly's!

I would hang these mason jars with tea candle lights in them all over from our big Russian Olive tree in the back. And white tables with white table clothes and chairs with flower center pieces all over on the grass.

OH! And what would a wedding be without a cake?!

The Cake

Red Velvet Short Cake

That's all I have for now!

A {little} Slice of Paradise

This year for our Christmas present we got to go to Hawaii! We spent 4 days in Maui with John, Carol and Mark. Basically... it was the best 4 days of my life.

Waking up to the sound of waves, running out to the beach to see sea turtles every morning, watching whales just from our balcony, boogie boarding,  paddle boarding and tubing at the beach, sight seeing in out mini van and of course... SHOPPING!

This is only a little preview of what's to come! We've got some really good footage but I just haven't put it on the computer yet...

{more to come!}

Oh {Photo} Shoot!

Finally! I am going to put up some modeling pictures as I go along and I hope you guys like them!!

First is Crave Photography.
Andee Tate is sisters with my mom's friend and... long story short... I told her I was interested in modeling for her and she let me. I'm really lucky! I went on a "mentoring session" with Andee and Marcy Bergman. It was a VERY cold day but we had a lot of fun. We actually had to stop taking pictures because my lips turned blue! So... the reason why there are only three... I have been bugging Andee for weeks.. actually months now and she still hasn't sent me more pictures even though she said she would. So. Uhh let's not talk about it and just enjoy what I've got k?

Here are some pictures and HOPEFULLY I'll be getting more soon:

 Next is Karen Edwards Photography.
I absolutly LOVED modeling for her!! Karen Edwards is my boyfriend Nate's aunt. I was over at his house one night to meet them and she was getting things ready for a photoshoot she was doing for Nate's older sister Kylee. I'm the same size as Kylee so Karen asked me to try on a red cloak to make sure it was the roght length. I tried it on and she had an idea to do a blonde and brunette dealio! It was SO much fun and I absolutly adore her! I hope someday I'll be part of that family?!
Here are those pictures:

Finally we end with the pictures that Marcy Bergman recently sent me!
Marcy was with me on that "mentoring session" and she put a couple of pictures on Facebook and tagged me in them! I was SUPER excited when I saw them and absolutly adore them!
Here they are:

I love modeling! It's so much fun to get to do something for yourself every now and then and modeling has really built my self esteem. I am really considering putting together a portfolio and trying to go somewhere with it but of course... I guess we'll have to wait and see!! Definately let me know what you think of my pictures! Comment below or on Facebook! I love to hear your thoughts. Also if you have any cool ideas for photoshoots don't be afraid to share them!
{Please and thank you!}
